Description

After Effects is a dynamic program that can be used for special effects, animation, motion graphics and more! This workshop serves as an introduction to the software and provides beginner motion graphics techniques.


In this session you will learn...

  • How After Effects is used and where it can fit in your projects
  • How to navigate After Effects
  • How to create and move objects
  • How to animate text
  • How to combine objects to make a full motion graphics sequence

Participants will follow along with the instructor and create a short animated scene with the skills learned in this session.

You don't have to be a member to take a Media Factory workshop. But, if you're interested in becoming a member take an orientation and learn how to use our studio space, access our equipment, and borrow gear!
